As dissappointing as it is for a Republican such as myself, Ted Klaudt is again attempting to circumvent his rightful punishment. I will be very interested to hear what his reason for an appeal will be. I hope that the Supremes will see through his BS and uphold his jail time. If anything, I think that we as citizens should be appealing for a longer sentence. Check out the article here:
